What to have ready

- Whether it is a house, a business or a rental.
- What needs painting: rooms, the exterior, cabinets, a deck or a fence.
- The rough size, such as the number of rooms or the square footage.
- The year the house was built, if you know it. Homes from before 1978 need lead-safe prep.
- Photos of the walls or surfaces and of any damage.
- Whether an HOA has to approve exterior colors.
What happens next
We arrange a free estimate, walk the job and measure. You then receive a written quote that sets out the prep, the paint and the price. Once you agree, we set a date. Exterior work is booked around the weather, mostly from late spring to early fall. Interior work goes on all year.
